A must for any Newfoundland owner. A nice story about Lewis and Clark along with the star of the trip Seaman.
The story of Seaman, the dog who accompanied Lewis & Clark on their history-making journey, is well-told in this wonderful picture book. After reading it, I realized I needed another copy. The beautiful illustrations are suitable for framing, and that's exactly what I did. I have a Newfoundland dog, and it is hard to find many things featuring this breed. I highly recommend adding this book to your collection. Oh, and my children love it, as well!
Love this book! Based on the story of a Newfoundland who accompanied Lewis & Clark on their quest for the Northwest Passage.
