So many delicious recipes to try - I can't wait! I love that the book offers baking tips and tricks. I love baking, but don't know all of the technical terms or even what the best tools to use are. This book provides some insight.
I loved the first Butter book, the recipes were great and well worth the money. The second book failed for me, it did not have many recipes i would use or try. Buy the first Butter cookbook pass on the second it has recipes with flavors that just dont cut it for me. Besides the dog biscuit recipe their in not 1 recipe i will try. I was so angry at myself for buying this book, what a waste of money.
