In trying to keep my school costs down, I rented or bought used versions of all my books. This is less a textbook and more a workbook. It would have been great to use the blanks and practice sheets they had in here to write my own answers instead of transferring them all to notebook paper. Also, because it's paperback, it's really hard to keep perfectly neat. Although I certainly tried, the covers naturally want to bow open now and some of the corners are no longer crisp. I worry I might get dinged there and charged the full price of the book which would not be awesome because if I'd known that was the case then I could have written in the blanks and used all the review activities!If you're able to afford it, this is definitely a book you might want to consider buying and not borrowing!
Got this textbook for my medical terminology course and I absolutely love it! It has worksheets to help study material and each chapter includes diagrams and examples of terms. Great textbook and worth buying, even if you're not taking the course and just want to learn. I'm glad I purchased this book and unlike other textbooks that I've bought, I plan on referencing back to this one a lot!

Extremely dirty!! It was just gross I had to return.
Book was easy to understand with lots of repetition to help you memorize the terminology. The exercises at the end of each chapter also were very helpful in memorization. Nicely written.
This workbook is amazing. Any student in the medical field will appreciate how well it's put together. It's a lot of useful information. Most text books are just definition, this workbook gives you plenty of great examples to help you get a better intake. I love it.
For anyone going into any kind of medical field this is a necessity. Easy to self teach and be proficient in the terminology.
